the staff were super kind, and the gardens were fine. the breakfast buffet had many options. I looked forward to it each morning. the pools offered options, like an adults-only pool. It was lovely.

The room had a balcony. The closet was a walk-in. I found complimentary water provided each day (very useful). I enjoyed the garden right outside the door.

The pillows felt too soft. They looked like they were old. The towels didn't seem white and looked worn. I regretted not bringing my own towels (it was a mistake).

I found the food delicious. The breakfast package is definitely a must. The service was great (I found it very accommodating). I heartily recommend this hotel. It is in the middle of everything, yet it remains quiet.

I did notice the pillows were quite soft. They also looked like they could be newer.

The staff were friendly. the breakfast buffet accommodates gluten free options. It was IDEAL for me! a great number of day beds are available by both the main pool and private pool, so i got one every day, no matter what time! easy beach access is another plus. a circle k is right next door!!!

faulty air conditioningpoor ventilation

The room had some problems. the air conditioning barely worked. it struggled to cool the room, even on the highest setting. It was quite uncomfortable. also, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, so humidity was always high. this made showering less pleasant, especially given the bali heat.
